The PGFFL offers two seasons a year and welcomes all skill levels to our league.  During the fall, we play on Friday nights from September to December.  In Spring, games are on Saturday mornings and run from February to May.  We run a free agent / open draft, making each season new and exciting.​

Divisions

The Phoenix Gay Flag Football League (PGFFL) offers two divisions: the Open Division and the WTNB Division. Both divisions provide competitive flag football in an inclusive, respectful environment for the LGBTQ+ and allied community.

Open Division

The Open Division is open to all players, regardless of gender identity. This division offers a competitive 7-on-7 flag football experience that welcomes players of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. The Open Division emphasizes teamwork, sportsmanship, and community while providing a fun and challenging season of play.

WTNB (Women, Trans & Non-Binary) Division  - Formally known as Women's+

The WTNB Division is designed for players who identify as women, trans, and/or non-binary. This division creates a space focused on inclusion, community, and competitive play among WTNB athletes. Players of all experience levels are welcome, and the division prioritizes a supportive environment where athletes can grow their skills and connect with others.
